I wasn't aware that I'd posted to BLUEFACEPROMOS@yahoogroups.co.uk therefore I'm not going to respond to the challenge of "beating blueface"
However, I will explain our pricing model so a misleading comparison of the two services isn't drawn. Gaisan have an installation fee but our monthly bill is 5 euro/month whether you’re a business or a residential customer. Our prices are a little bit cheaper but we're not waiving the installation fee. Look at it this way you can pay your 120 euro installation fee in installments (10 euro/month) with blueface or upfront with us (fee includes VAT). Similiarly we charge for national calls to non-gaisan/voip customers but our international rates are very cheap, averaging under 4c/minute That's the choice. We're working to lower our costs and hence customer prices but for some customers blueface will be cheaper.
We also resell IP Switches and will build a VoIP solution for your organisation including call-centre facilities from scratch. I've 5 years experience in the field and know a bit about it at this stage. So if you're interested in buying VoIP services from us and supporting a Waterford-based SEEPP participant then do.
