In the never ending quest to squeeze out every last penny of EU/national
funding available I found this site about EU structural funding in Ireland:

Details Community Initiatives such as Leader & EQUAl. The main site is very
useful for anybody wondering whether they can avail of EU funding for their
own pet project. worth a look, especially seeing as most of these bypass
Enterprise/Never-fund Ireland.
