A slogan is protected by use, however if
you want to protect your trademark in different countries and different
languages then you’re better off to register a trademark. You can look
up trademarks by enquiring at the irish
Patent office (http://www.patentsoffice.ie/eregister/Query/TMQuery.asp)

it, how to check if a slogan is trademarked or
protected?
I have a slogan which I have tried to track using
Google/Yahoo etc.
but cannot find it in use anywhere,
I just wanted t check before I went ahead with it
in my logo.
