Hi guys,
Just to let you know. We’ve “encouraged” Brian to pay for the project. He
called me to tell me that the cheque is being sent via registered mail. A
call to an post confirmed this & we should have it by Friday. He still needs
some assistance with administering the system. He’s going to put his machine
on a static IP & so we can log in to configure it. We’ll see what happens.
I’m going to ask for a post dated cheque for administration fees.

Ask Aidan McAvinue about the VAT situation (invoice/cash/receipt)
Can I advise others of the VAT figure and get them to pay you.
Also ask him about having a repayment on the first vat return.
Post dated cheque for the VAT amount. So in the event the cheque doesn’t
clear we’ll just be disputing the cheque rather than the project/software.
Ask for early clearance on the 1st cheque.
