\nHere’s a summary of Brian’s problems.
\nWe’ve a camera server set up on port 9000. This doesn’t seem to be
\naccessible through secure HTTP for some reason. I’ve enabled a NAT
\npassthrough on the wireless router for port 443 (works) and port 9000
\n(doesn’t seem to) I know it’s not working as the camera server isn’t
\ngenerating any trace when I try to connect to the stream over the internet.
\nI’m beginning to wonder if there’s a firewall blocking port 9000 as I can
\nconnect to that port from the box itself, just not from any other machine on
\nit’s local network or over the internet (despite the NAT mapping). It’s a
\nbit of a pain in the arse to be honest.. <\/p>\n
