\nDetails Community Initiatives such as Leader & EQUAl. The main site is very

\nuseful for anybody wondering whether they can avail of EU funding for their

\nown pet project.  worth a look, especially seeing as most of these bypass

\nEnterprise\/Never-fund Ireland.
