To date I’ve found suitable work for everybody that paid the initial setup
\nfee, including yourself. However, the other parties have not behaved
\nsimilarly. I have several emails from you where you apologise for not
\nreturning calls, emails and completing work. Therefore, I will have to
\naccept that you fully realised at the time that this was unprofessional. <\/p>\n
The reason I didn’t refund the initial setup fee back was that you were
\nstill a subcontractor for Gaisan and were involved in the company. If you
\nhad other intentions you failed to inform me of them via email. If you look
\nthrough your email records you will see that I recently offered you 1000
\neuro to complete work on the SecureNetworks project. This work is
\noutstanding. It was understood and clearly stated that we would not be paid
\nfor the Secure Networks project unless the software worked and met
\nspecification. <\/p>\n
It is regrettable that it took a highly direct email to elicit a response. I
\nalso note that your response offers no explanation for your actions. May I
\nrecommend that in future, if you find yourself in a similar situation you
\nmake every effort to remedy the situation in a courteous and professional
\nmanner? <\/p>\n
