\nWe’re willing to provide on-site technical support, probably on Wednesday or
\nThursday of next week. However. Having discussed this with my team we have
\nthe following requirements & concerns: <\/p>\n
1) We’d require a 500 euro call out charge for 2 of our team to visit your
\nsite in dublin for 1 day. This is reasonable as we’ll have to take time off
\ncurrent projects to provide this support.
\n2) If the server can be connected to the internet we can provide some intial
\ntechnical support by logging into this server using secure shell. Indeed,
\non-site support may not be necessary at all. Our charge per hour for this
\nsupport is 60 euro, with a minimum charge of 60 euro.
\n3) We’ll require payment for the entire project at the end of our onsite
\ntechnical support visit next week. We understand that you’re busy but we
\nhanded over the software in good faith over 3 weeks ago and we really need
\nto be paid as soon as possible, as you acknowledged during our phone
\nconversation.
\n4) We believe the linux box that we’ve provided is straightforward to
\nadminister. A linux server with a secure apache installation was part of
\nyour original project description so it’s not a new component. The choice of
\nSuSE linux over Redhat has not impacted on the ease with which the server
\ncan be administered. A useful administration page is available @
